HOME!!!!!

WE ARE HOME FROM MACKINAC ISLAND!!!!
Oh sweet Lord of Lords was it a long season. You wouldn't think that May to October would be a long 5 months, but when you are trapped on an island with only a ferry to escape, it's a LONG TIME.
But we are home. We got home just in time to spend my Great Grandpas 88th birthday with him, also, we are home just in time to get all settled in and ring in my 24th birthday on 11-4! Dave says that if I am having a hard time with turning 24, then 25 is going to be a FUN year.
So now that we are home, we had planned on taking a few days where we just relax and do nothing until we get settled, well, that really hasn't been the case. We had things that we did yesterday, and today we went to get my medicine and see Grandpa. Tomorrow though, is another story. There isn't anything on the agenda, and Saturday Dave's aunt is going to come over and spend some time with us, then on Sunday we are going down to my moms house for a family dinner. Talk about hitting the ground running.
Dave keeps telling me that he has a road trip planned for us and I have a surprise coming...I wonder what that is? ;) Yes, we are engaged, but he hasn't done the whole get down on one knee with the ring thing yet....sooo, maybe some ring pictures are to come!!!
Well, my roast is smelling amazing, so I need to go check on it!
